Dead rat in trap in my booth while eating
I wa in a local shoneys resturant and looked down next to me and saw a dead rat in a trap. I and everal other customers were very sick to our stomaches. what legal rights do we have if any? please advise

I am not sure what "legal rights" you think you might have. You don't mention what happened when you spoke to the management, which would be the obvious thing to do when it happened. A free meal would certainly be appropriate. You might even get a refund, if you paid, and some coupons. You also have the right to call the local health department or inspector. If you are really asking if whether this incident is your winning lottery ticket to get some money out of them because you saw an unpleasant sight and didn't feel good for a few minutes, the answer is no.
