You can first complain to the legal department of loan company. If the contact person does not respond, contact a lawyer, you may have several claims against the company. However, if you gave your father as a contact person, the financial institution can contact him to determine your whereabouts. Furthermore, if your father is co-signer or guarantor on the loan, the company can discuss the status of your loan.
