Last month, I was in Wal Mart looking for air fresher while standing looking one of the Wal Mart workers was carrying bleach and the container filled causing bleach to splash on my legs and eyes. Being that time, the workers were trying to assistant me to the bathroom because I shouldnt see. While in tghe bathroom several wal mart workers where trying to get the bleach off my legs and eyes. Being that several wal mart workers being whipping my legs with hand santazier, soap, and other things. I keep telling them it's itching and to stop but they conutiune. Also, they being pulling my eyes to flush the bleach out causing buising as well. I was very uncomfortable and in pain that cause them to call the ambulance where I was transported to the hospital. My question is what is the jury award in the Atlanta, GA for a case as this one?

Wal-Mart is very litigious and difficult with claims. If you represent yourself, you probably get zero. With counsel there is no way to guess the outcome of your case, as it depends on teh severity of your injuries and your recovery. Also, not all cases go to a jury (many are settled by good lawyers).
You are a month overdue in hiring legal counsel, and that matters, as some evidence (such as store videotapes) may already be lost. That means hire counsel IMMEDIATELY.
If you do not yet have counsel please feel free to call me at 404-768-3509 ASAP for a free consultation.
The two questions that arise are 1) What are your damages beyond medical expenses and the "pain and suffering" and 2) did the employees' diligence actually help you by diluting the bleach? You are asking for a guess of what a jury wold do, and based on facts we don't know, they may think the employees acted properly in assisting you. See a personal injury lawyer if you want to proceed to try to get a big check. Otherwise, Wal-Mart may be willing to pay your medical expenses (and clothing, etc).
