Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

September 16th 2010 will mark two years of an accident me and a friend were in. I found out she wants to sue me. I am reading you have two years to sue someone. Will there still be a summons even after the two years or will it be to late.

Today is September 20 and your question just appeared. She has to file a suit prior to the 2 year mark. It can be served shortly after as long as she makes dilligent effort to serve you.
