I want to add my husband's name to my house deed. I don't have mortgage or loan. What kind of deed I have to fill? QuiteClaim deed or Warranty deed?

A quit claim deed is usually used to transfer between spouses or to simply add a name. And it must be recorded in the county courthouse.
