Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Six family members own property. One member has a judgement agianst them and there is a lien place on the property. The property is worth $100,000. The lien is $150,000. If the property is sold, does the lien holder get $100,000. Or does the lien holder get 1/6 of $100,000.
