Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

In Georgia the law is much more stringent on Landlords who owns more than 10 properties. The property management company I rent from uses over 15 various land trust to hide their ownership of their properties. Are they still subject to the conditions of the over 10 rule?

It depends, but the same landlord restrictions apply if a landlord uses a property management company.
