Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My neighbors tree curls right over on my roof plus all his other bushes and trees come over and curl down to the ground. He said he would only cut the bottom limb but now is not going to do anything. Also the debris keeps breaking and falls on my house! Do I have any case?

No. You have the right to cut any limbs that extend across the property line on your property (and he can't do that as he'd be trespassing). A good tree service can help you. A lawyer can't.
