Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Noise and more noise

We purchased our home 2 years ago and recently a restaurant opened across the street with a Tiki bar and live music nightly. We have children that go to school and it seems none of us are able to get any sleep anymore because we are being serinated constantly. Since we were here first and it is our home, do we have any legal rights to prevent us from zombies or are we just out of luck completely? We are the only ones around and so each time we complain to the cops, it creates chaos because it is the new ''hangout'' for the entire town.

Re: Noise and more noise

Unless they are violating a zoning law regarding commercial use, your only legal recourse is to call the police when you feel they are creating a nuisance.
