Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Property dispute

My dad has property in Geogia. Family paved a raod on property. Dad filed a case in Superior Court, last thing filed was for Summary Judgment. No response as of yet. My dad has pasted away. The deed to the property is in my name, his daughter,taxes in his. How do I take his place as the plaintiff in the case?

Find a qualified lawyer (perhaps the lawyer already handling the case), to first find out if you even have to authority to substitute and, if so, filed the appropriate paperwork. Guiding you through it here is not possible, and would be inappropriate to do so anyway.

You may need to be substituted as executor or administrator. Consult with a local attorny, but you probably will need a referral to a GA attorney.
