Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I put an offer on a home on Feb 2. The listing agent sent a text to my agent that his clients accepted my offer which was above their asking price but had left the country to go to Spain and would sign the contract upon their return. This was Feb 2. On Feb 8 he notified my agent his client accepted another offer. They signed it. Do I have any recourse?

You made an offer and it was not accepted. There is no "recourse" for that.
