What is the statue of limitations of pursuing a land line dispute of a given property? Trees were cut from a property line that is in question approximately two years ago. Do we still have rights?

The statute of limitation for damage to property is 4 years. However, you should consult with a local attorney ASAP. Judges don't look kindly on folks that don't promptly assert their rights.
