Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My roommate and I signed the leased together in Georgia. Since he has lost his job but has another one not paying what he was making before. Now, he refuses to pay rent this month and his share of the utilities. Also, he keeps having strangers in the apartment. What are my options in College Park, GA?

You and your roommate are in it together, so you will either have to work it out or make a decision to move out and remain liable for the lease. If the full rent is not paid, obviously the landlord will eventually evict both.
