Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia
Is this sexual harassment?
I work with a woman who is Gay. Sometime ago she asked me if I had ever let a woman perform oral sex on me. Is this considered sexual harassment?

It may be, but more information is needed. You should go to the EEOC's website and review the section on sexual harassment, employer size, timing, and your responsibility to report the harassment to your employer. You can't just go into court if an employee makes a sexual comment to you. Visit www.eeoc.gov. The EEOC is the government agency that investigates sexual harassment claims.
