If you are employed with the company, check the employee handbook. Most companies have very detailed procedures for complaining about sexual harassment. In most cases, if you do not follow their reporting guidelines, you will lose any case that you may later need to file. If you are not employed by the company, make a report to the HR Manager, if you know who that is, or the highest official on site.
