Adult Name Change
In the petition, it states: Petitioner does not have any outstanding judgments, has never been convicted of a crime, and is not involved in any pending legal actions.
What does that constitute of? I have traffic tickets I am paying on from a different state than I reside in, and have chargeoffs on my credit - Will these keep me from changing my name?

It is doubtful But list your tickets on the application as well as your outstanding debts.
