Georgia sales tax statute of limitations
If a resident of Georgia buys a car in Tennessee and no GA sales tax is ever paid, is there a statute of limitations whereas it does not have to be paid and will not affect the purchaser's credit?

Probably not. You are required to file a use tax return on the purchase, and under most tax laws, the statute of llimitations runs from the filing of the return.
