Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
6 month rule for new drivers
If a 17 year old who has had their licence for less than 6 months gets a ticket for having someone in their car, is it considered a moving violation or just a fine without notifing the insurance company?

Re: 6 month rule for new drivers
I don't understand the charge. Having someone in a car is not a traffic violation.
