Re: Hit and Run
A conviction for Hit & Run results in a license suspension and a fine of $300 - $1000 for a first offense. H&R is a misdemeanor and so the maximium penality is a $1000 fine and/or 12 mos. in jail. Following Too Closely is also a misdemeanor and carries 3 points on a GA license. I would be glad to offer my assistance to one facing these charges. Just call 770-384-0407 to schedule a free consultation.
