house arrest

do i qualifiy for house arrest if i was charged with dui,suspended license, proprty damaged (settling with property owner already) leaving scene of accident (was picked up and taken for medical treatment but had person at scene with vehicle) my vehicle was the only one involvedin accident,and no insurance, i was currently on probation for driving on a suspended license and dui it is my fourth suspended licence and fourth dui. at present i am currently under the medical careof four doctors and am visiting them on a regular basis. is it possible to request house arrest so medical care can be continued and who would we speak to concernong this.

House arrest (with or without electronic monitoring) allows a person who is sentenced to a jail term to spend the time at his home as an alternative to being physically confined to jail. I believe it is up to the prosecutor and judge ot make the determination based on the crime and past record.
