You've alleged a felony that could land someone in jail (fake will) and lack of mental capacity (civil issue). Time frames are very short if eitherare true so retain a lawyer Monday. You didn't ask a question but delay may prevent any argument. This will be expensive to pursue, so expect to spend a great deal if you're correct, and it will NOTget addressed without counsel, so forget any DIY plans. Handwriting experts can answer the fake will part. As far as the other, medical testimony maydecide things. People do leave things to step children so that's common. And someone can have diminished capacity but enough to do a will - the key will be degree. So his doctors will be key.
