Executor's Fee
If a will doesn't have to be probated and is worth 1,150,000.00
Is it normal for the executor who is
a daughther to ask for settlement fee of 2% of the estate?

In Georgia and executor can charge 5% unless the will says anything else. (It's 2.5% of money going in and 2.5% of what goes out). 2% means she's giving the estate a good deal.
