gift of estate
If a parent gives the estate {house} as a gift to a child how much times has to pass before creditors can no longer take the estate for unpaid bills

Creditors always come before heirs. It doesn't matter how long it takes to do the estate.

Your post is not clear at all, but if you are asking about a person giving away property to avoid paying debts or to shield it from creditors, that is called fraud. In some cases, there is no time limit on creditors, trustees, executors, etc., filing a lawsuit against anyone who received the property.
