Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

What information regarding bank accounts, property, charge cards etc is an heir entitled to receive in Georgia pertaining to a will. How long of a period can I request information from 1, 2 ? years and how do I get this information. I believe there has been a misappropriation of my father's finances by my sisters.
