Inheritance

I know that a recently deceased relative had a CD put in my name for me to recieve as inheritance. However i was recently informed that i would not be recieving it as it suposeably was not legal because it wasnt mentioned in the will. is this true? what should i do?

Further investigation into the matter is indicated. If your name was on the CD then it would pass outside of the will.
