legal rights to obtain copy of a will

My grandfather passed away a little over a year ago, my mother is unsure of who the executor is and would like to see a copy of the will. We know that my Aunt & her attorney have the will. How can we go about getting a copy of that will ?

You can petition the probate court to compel anyone possessing a will to file it with the court. You can then get a copy from the court.

Do obtain the services of an attorney to attempt this.
