Seizing assets of will with power of attorney
Can a son, who is named as co-beneficiary and co-executor with his sister in their mother's will, legally seize all the mother's assets, while she is alive with a power of attorney signed by the mother?

Since you are essentially asking an open ended question of whether it can "legally" happen, the answer is yes. However, that is meaningless without many more facts, and and a review of the documents, to see whether it is appropriate in in this particular situation.
