selling property
My father died in Georgia, July 16, 2008, left everything to 2 heirs and 1 benificary, equal, share and share alike, I am one of the heirs and exucutor of the estate and want to sell property, benificary does not like the price and objecting to petition to sell what will happen?

Re: selling property
You are asking for nothing more than a guess, based on zero facts. Since you are the executor, you can either work it out with everyone, or retain a lawyer to guide you through this and other procedures.

You are asking for a guess without providing any of the needed details.
Presumably you have a lawyer (if you don't, you are at a point where you need one immediately) and you should be meeting with the lawyer right away to discuss your next steps.
