There is probably nothing more dangerous that you can do in terms of messing up your estate than what you ask, so no, no responsible lawyer will help with what you ask. A badly done will can greatly increase probate costs for your heirs and may not even work (meaning you may not treat heirs as you hoped).
Wills are very inexpensive. In my office we generally do a routine will for $150 (or $250 for a husband and wife) and we also give a living will for free at the same time. You may also want to check with your employer, as many employer legal plans will pay for a will (we accept most such plans).
