my boyfriend made 2 wills after the one his daughter took to probate, i can not find them in his house, they have a houston co probate stamp on them, would someone have them on file?????

Wills are not kept in government files unless the author is deceased and it has been probated. Possibly check with the attorney who drafted the will, or possibly banks, financial advisors, etc.
