Do I have the right to a 2nd opinion paid by workman compensation of a doctor of my choice?

If you have received income benefits within the past 120 days, you have the right to an independent medical evaluation with the physician of your choice. The right is provided by OCGA 34-9-202(e), and has a few limitations and requirements. Keep in mind that you only get the use the right one time.
