Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

Shoulder Injury

I was injured at work on 8/2/07. Sent to Dr that night had xray and told I was ok and only strain. Went through 1 month PT. Still had problems and Dr ordered MRI. Found out I had torn Labrum in right shoulder. Had surgery 10/23/07. Did PT and told Dr I was still hurting. He said that happens and released me back to work with no throwing restrictions. My work usually doesn't allow restrictions to work with but Supervisor said come to work. Was back at work 2/25/08 and told them it was still bothering me. A few weeks later I felt a pop and went home that night. Went to dr on first surgery follow up and he ordered a new MRI. Come to find out I torn the labrum again. He said MRI showed 1st surgery never healed right and I tore the labrum in a new spot and across 1st tear. Had surgery 9/17/08 after waiting on insurance company to approve surgery. Now still having problems. Insurance company took me out of PT cause I wasn't meeting goals. Still have pain and went to Dr and he gave cortisone shot which helped for about a week. Do I not have a good case? Do I need to go after Dr as well for releasing me too soon? Need help here. Almost lost house and now in depression.
