Legal Question in Criminal Law in Hawaii
Perjury
A restraining order was filed against me which claims that i had sexually abused my children, and physically abused my wife. Can i file a police report and request that she be prosecuted for perjury. I have evidence to support that she lied in court documents to maliciously hurt me. I have also passed a lie detector test showing all claims are false against me.
