Legal Question in Immigration Law in Hawaii

hello, my name is may and i have been troubled with issues regarding us/non us citizen marriage

i entered into the US, Hawaii roughly about 3 years ago, i am still currently registered as a student with a current F1 visa. everything i have is up to date (I-20, passport etc...) My boyfriend asked me to marry him and i do want to, but he left to the mainland and has been keeping in touch with me, still being persistent. i really love him but i have not given him an answer because i feel trapped, mostly because i do not know how us/non us citizen marriage works. i am still a student but i always disliked the school, it wasn't even my choice, I'm Asian and my family is not like me, they are traditional Asians. so before i turned 21, it was all decided for me even though i wanted to get into an art school. I'm stuck in a non-art school now. my GPA isn't good enough for me to transfer to the mainland to be in a school and be next to him because i was dating this one guy, Ryan after i came to the island and he ate so much of my education fund (he didn't work, he didn't show any affection) . i don't know why but i stuck with him for 1 and a half years, i think i wanted to help him, hoping and believing he might come around one day. paying for everything and draining myself physically, mentally and emotionally. i finally dumped him and that's when i met my current boyfriend, hopefully soon to be husband.

I want to go after him to the mainland and marry him, and hopefully start all over again with school. so i have no intention of continuing school here in Hawaii, i have not registered for classes yet because all i want is to be with him and the whole marriage thing is making it so hard for me to even try to make my next move. i was thinking about registering for classes but i really don't want to be in this school. 3 years! I've had enough. not one joyful moment in that place and i cant stand being away from him. (is it possible for me to leave the island even though i am classified as a F1 holder but no longer going school,, to find a school that is suitable for me on the mainland so i can get married with him too?) i cant transfer like i said because no one would want someone who failed all her classes. i was never a dumb kid, before i met my ex, i was a straight A student but i don't regret what happened cause i grew more than i could ask for. 3 years of total hell, and now i know what i want, i want to be with my love. i cant stand being ocean apart from him..i cry constantly and nothing i do makes me happy anymore...and i do fun stuff. at least they used to be fun. like skydiving, surfing, skateboarding, hiking. he shares those interest with me. how often can we find that? someone you cant stand being away from and who will laugh with you. best friend and more.

I'm sorry, i just want to make sure that you know all details, whether or not you will respond to this email. i know time is money, but I'm only a student, i cant afford a lawyer, but I'm desperate for help so I'm reaching out.

can i leave the island without attending school, to go to the mainland? will anyone prevent me from entering or deport me or anything? can i get there and get married to him even though I'm no longer an F1? can i quit school to leave the island and get married?

is there anything else i need to know so i can be with him??

please help me... i don't know what to do...
