Legal Question in Traffic Law in Hawaii
Rear ended and front vehicle left
Hi, I'm in Hawaii and I was rear ended recently. The collision caused me to hit the SUV in front but the driver left after realizing there were no damages to her car. Now the insurance company is trying to dispute whether it was my fault hitting the car in front to cause the rear end collison, and since the driver left, there is no proof. Please help..

Was a police report filed in your case? Do you have the contact info for either of the other 2 vehicles?
