Legal Question in Traffic Law in Hawaii
Out of state ticket
My wife nd I were in Hawaii and got a ticket for not wearing our seat belts. We live in Oklahoma. What would happen if we do not pay the tickets?

Re: Out of state ticket
The court will issue a bench warrant for your arrest. Your driver's license will also probably be suspended.
