If a 27 y.o woman with 2 children dies in car wreck, doe her parent have any legal right to sue?

Idaho's wrongful death statute does give a parent a right to assert a claim against the person responsible for the wrongful death of a child under certain circumstances. The surviving Children will have a claim as well. .
