Legal Question in Personal Injury in Idaho

I wanted to know if I could be sued for a accident that occured on private property? The situation was a child was hurt by an action of another. I offered to help pay and the parents refused the offer and said it happens. However this was done verbally. The only proof would be on the parents facebook/myspace page which I do not have access to.

People can file suit for all sorts of reasons. What matters is whether the suit might succeed. You haven't given us enough information to answer that question. That the accident happened on private property is completely irrelevant.
