Child Support and Inhertience

Can they legally take 100 % of my inheritance for back childsupport? And the money went to and account in the name of someone said not to receive any portion as stated in the will.

of course they can if you own it.

2nd question-not sure what you are asking, but if it is whether someone who isn't given something who is given in the will and someone not mentioned is getting it you need to file a motion in the probate proceeding to question the distribution by the pers representative
