Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois
I was given a citation 625 ILCS 5/11‑709.1 for driving on shoulder. citation is marked with $120 bond and no court appearance required. what should I do now? Does it mean If I pay 120$ fine and I an done or I have to wait for a decision from the court? the office was telling me I have an option for court supervision? what is that?

If you pay the fine with nothing more, you will have pleaded guilty and have a moving violation on your record. This causes your insurance rates to increase and if you get two more tickets in a twelve month period, you risk losing your drivers license. Let us know if you need help with this.
