Chapter 7 unsecured creditor
What happens if I do not list a credit card balance when I file a chapter 7? Can my entire case be dismissed if it was intentionally left off the list of creditors?

No, unless there was an inent to defraud. If you left someone off, you can reopen a case in some circumstances to have them included.
