Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I am in Chapter 13 which will be converted to a 7 end of Sept. Currently my home is not listed in the chapter 13. When it converts to a chapter 7 do I have to include my home in the chapter 7?

Yes, you should list your home on Schedule A and the mortgage holder on Schedule D.
