Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

My mother has run up substantial credit card debt. I asked a lawyer what her options were and he said she was virtually judgment proof since she lives on social security and has no assets. The lawyer said possibly the only thing they could take would be the land that her mobile sits on. What I would like to know is if her name is not the only one on the land deed, would they be able to take that away and sell it?

If her name is not on the deed to the land, they can't take the land it sits on because she doesn't own it.

They can have the land partitioned and sold off, or they can place a memorandum of judgment and if place was ever to sell then they would be paid similar to a mortgage. May want to consider bankruptcy.
