student loans
I would like to know if it is possible to file on on higher education loans that have a cosigner on them?

Student loans are generally not dischargeable in bankruptcy. There are unique circumstances that make it possible, however. yet, with a cosignor, that person may still be liable for the balance. I hope this helps: [email protected]

Student loans, as a general matter, are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. Co-signers are equally liable to pay same back.
