As a Franchise Attorney I'm assuming by "beat" you mean cancel or nullify the agreement. The answer requires a careful examination of the agreement signed, as well as all surrounding facts and circumstances. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Whether or not you can "beat" an agreement depends on the facts of the situation and the agreement itself!
