My husbands death certificate has been sent downstate for a correction 2 times by the funeral home. I found out today they made another mistake causing a delay again for over 1 year now.Can I see a lawyer about this lack of professionalism?I need this document in order to get my VA pension case. This delay is costing me thousands.
