Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Is it ok to enroll someone in a mult level marketing company for all of the up line to see the name? I'm concerned about privacy issues because upline would have access to name, address, phone number, email, also name drop to others in a bragging way if person was well known.

Thank you for your question. I have structured a number of MLM/HYIP for clients in the past. While there is nothing illegal against disclosing the name, you may find that it is not the most ideal practice. You would be best served to incorporate some sort of disclosure document in your sign-up form. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me: [email protected]
