Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I know two relatively large businesses that are owned by an illegal immigrant who employs other documented illegal immigrants and evades taxes.
If I make a complaint how likely is it that something will be done about it? How do I go about taking action about this criminal?
This person has also been doing other illegal things such as installing and selling hacked cable modems. I live in the US

The best thing to do is contact the Attorney General of the state of Illinois and he will have an investigator look into the matter. If the assertion is found to be true, they will be prosecuted criminally and have to pay all back taxes.
