Is redomestication considered a transfer of assets
When an IL corp. incorporates or redomesticates to DE, is it considered by IL to be a transfer of assets? Does DE, TX, NY, or CA consider it to be a transfer of assets?

This is not a simple question that can be answered in this forum. This analysis requires a tax memorandum prepared by a competent tax attorney. Seek counsel to work with you on this issue.
