I work for a cleaning company for 5 years as an employee i sign a non compete paper as a employee in 2009 i was made a1099 sub contractor an he didnt make me sign any new subcontractors noncompete papers as a subcontractor is that employee noncompete paper invalid

Most likley, you would not be held to a non-compete as an independent contractor. However, be aware that you are likely still considered by law to be an employee. Your employer is violating the law by classifying, or misclassifying, you as an independent contractor. Also, depending on your job duties and weekly salary, you may be entitled to overtime pay.
